This high-impact project requires an experienced Procurement & Contract Governance Lead to drive best-in-class procurement practices and ensure full compliance across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities 📌 Procurement Governance & Strategy
- Define, structure, and implement procurement procedures aligned with internal governance and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance and validation of procurement decisions across the project lifecycle
- Act as a reference point for procurement policies, methods, and best practices
- Support and upskill project teams on procurement processes and strategic considerations
- Collaborate closely with business units, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and lessons learned
- Support purchase order creation and management within ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
- Ensure robust documentation and audit-ready procurement records
- Develop and propose reporting tools and KPIs to enhance procurement performance visibility
- Review and validate contracts to ensure compliance with administrative, legal, and project constraints
- Support contract lifecycle management including:
- Commitment tracking
- Service acceptance and invoicing validation
- Dispute resolution and claims handling
- Prepare documentation related to internal recharges and financial tracking
- Extensive experience in procurement governance, contract management, and EPC project environments
- Strong background in offshore wind, energy, or large infrastructure projects
- Solid expertise in tendering (CFT), contract negotiation, and administration
- Proven ability to operate within complex, fast-paced, and multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience with procurement tools and reporting frameworks
- Knowledge of corporate procurement governance, methods, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work transversally across teams and functions
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and compliance
- Capability to manage high workload and competing priorities
- Experience in claim management (a plus)
- English: Fluent / Expert
