Contracts Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join a global procurement operations team supporting end-to-end request-to-order activities. In this role, you will ensure accurate processing of procurement transactions, maintain compliance with internal controls and governance standards, and provide support across business units and supplier networks.
You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of procurement data and processes, while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the order management lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, amend, and manage goods receipt and service entry transactions within ERP systems in line with business requirements and supporting documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, finance, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve order, receiving, and invoice-related issues through to resolution
  • Ensure all request-to-order activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels and KPIs
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and suppliers on required information to support effective procurement and receiving processes
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members and contribute to peer review processes
  • Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience
