Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily study cost and change management: budgeting, change control, contingency, cost risk, cashflow forecasting, EACs, and reporting.
  • Provide clear cost analysis and variance commentary across the study portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate integrated cost reports and support regular cost and change reporting.
  • Facilitate study review meetings and update cost systems/tools.
  • Ensure compliance with project controls standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with planners, schedulers, and SMEs to assess and communicate impacts of scope or schedule changes.
  • Provide independent assessments of study progress and cost forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with study teams and proactively escalate emerging issues.
About You
  • Experience in cost engineering/project controls on large projects (mining preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple studies simultaneously.
  • Skilled in PrismG2/Contruent, SAP reporting, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy.
  • Self‑starter with ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
