COUNTRY CONTROLLER
Hands-on responsibilities:
Consolidation of monthly reporting, allocation and distribution of costs across the group, continuation of the merger and liquidation project of group entities, managing the audit process end-to-end, tax and joint taxation matters, transfer pricing, providing accounting and financial support to the organization, optimization of processes and implementation of additional financial controls, as well as various ad hoc projects.
Collaboration across a global organization, where the Finance function operates with teams located in multiple locations worldwide.

Hands-on responsibilities:
Consolidation of monthly reporting, allocation and distribution of costs across the group, continuation of the merger and liquidation project of group entities, managing the audit process end-to-end, tax and joint taxation matters, transfer pricing, providing accounting and financial support to the organization, optimization of processes and implementation of additional financial controls, as well as various ad hoc projects.
Collaboration across a global organization, where the Finance function operates with teams located in multiple locations worldwide.
- IT systems: Business Central Cloud, Continia, BI Data Warehouse, Caseware
- Management of 4 direct reports, including 3 Financial Controllers in Denmark and 1 Project Specialist focused on system and process optimization. In addition, indirect management of 4 Bookkeepers and 2 Student Assistants in Denmark. Furthermore, coordination with a consultant based in Canada, responsible for group entities in Canada and the US.
- Responsibilities include conducting 1:1 meetings, annual performance and development reviews, follow-up on employee engagement surveys and execution of action plans, annual performance reviews, weekly coordination meetings, monthly team meetings, etc.
- Overall team oversight and management, task follow-up, and quality assurance.
- There will be a handover and onboarding period, allowing time for training and introduction to the organization, teams, processes, etc.
