NES Fircroft is supporting a global energy organisation in the recruitment of a Customer & Commercial Operations Analyst to be based in Manila, Philippines. This role sits within a shared services environment and supports both B2B and B2C customer operations and commercial processes, working closely with regional and global stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant execution of customer and commercial operational activities, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

NES Fircroft is supporting a global energy organisation in the recruitment of a Customer & Commercial Operations Analyst to be based in Manila, Philippines. This role sits within a shared services environment and supports both B2B and B2C customer operations and commercial processes, working closely with regional and global stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant execution of customer and commercial operational activities, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across customer operations and commercial processes for both B2B and B2C portfolios
- Support end‑to‑end customer lifecycle activities, including order management, service requests, issue tracking, and operational coordination
- Assist with commercial operations, such as pricing support, contract administration, billing validation, and revenue-impacting activities
- Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including sales, customer service, finance, and operations teams to resolve operational issues
- Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying root causes of issues and recommending improvements
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements
- Prepare operational reports and insights to support decision‑making and performance review
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, efficiency, and data accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline
- Experience in Customer Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Shared Services is preferred
- Exposure to B2B and/or B2C operating models within a large, matrixed organisation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in operational reporting and process analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling; experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across geographies
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and process‑driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
