Job Summary We are seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and big data solutions that enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making. This role will support the development of high-performance data platforms, working independently under broad supervision and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and manage data engineering solutions and pipelines of moderate to high complexity
  • Build and optimize big data platforms that handle large volumes and high-velocity data
  • Integrate multiple data sources to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence needs
  • Identify and implement modern development, testing, and deployment practices to deliver reliable data solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and define key performance indicators
  • Support improvements to analytics and reporting platforms, ensuring data quality and usability
  • Contribute to Agile delivery processes and participate in project planning and execution
  • Influence stakeholders by presenting insights, analysis, and recommendations
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with future data growth needs
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing big data architectures
  • Experience with data modelling, integration, and transformation techniques
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
