Position - Deputy Construction Manager / Site Manager
The role will be responsible for all construction related planning, civil/mechanical/E&I contractor evaluation, contractor management, team management supervision, reporting and forecasting (physical and financial) on all aspects of the site construction phase of projects from constructability review through to mechanical completion (MC)

Education Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 15+ years Industry experience as Construction Manager in Oil & Gas EPCC Projects.
- main responsibilities as Company representative at Site is the leadership, direction and technical expertise to Develop detailed project Key Indicators
plans and schedules to ensure all construction activities are completed on time. this includes coordinating with engineering,
procurement, and commissioning teams to align schedules and resources - Ability to liaise with a wide variety of staff and Clients at all levels
- Be able to demonstrate Leadership skills, also be able to mobilize people and teams and drive for a successful delivery.
- Scope Management.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken.
