For our client leading independent power producer from renewable energy sources wee recruit for the position Deputy Project Manager Implementation. Deputy Project Manager implementation
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager in the planning and execution of the full project lifecycle as well as supporting the management of variations, change orders and contractor claims.
  • Coordinate daily project activities between contractors and ensure alignment between HQ and project relevant teams.
  • Maintain and update the project schedule, milestones, risk register, and action logs.
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings and ensure timely follow-up on decisions.
  • Supervise on-site construction progress,
  • Monitor contractor performance, verify progress reports, and support resolution
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks
  • Assist in managing EPC, BoP, subcontractor, and supplier contracts
  • Review and validate invoices, change orders, and claims in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Communicate with authorities, landowners, grid operators, and external stakeholders
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, cash flows, and cost reports.
  • Track variances and identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare regular internal status reports for management and external reporting packages
  • Monitor HSE performance
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site or project management in renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro) or T&D sector
  • Experience with EPC or BoP contract structures and site supervision
  • Proven familiarity with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project)
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English and native level Polish are a must
  • High commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability
