Overview
Support a high-volume data migration project involving ~10,000 documents transferred from LiveLink to Falcon. Role requires strong accuracy, productivity, and adherence to document control processes. Initial onsite training required; remote work permitted thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate documents and metadata from LiveLink to Falcon
- Use SAP R3 to verify document status (PV/CV only)
- Retrieve and organize extracted files (via LiveLink team)
- Batch upload files into Falcon
- Manually update metadata (revision, status, project/ECM #) using SAP
- Update SAP S4 DIR links to Falcon
- Track document status, revisions, and approvals
- Monitor contractor document control activities and system compliance
- Ensure timely, accurate project documentation deliverables
- Maintain document security, accessibility, and lifecycle control
- Support user training and provide weekly status report
Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years in document control, records management, or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with electronic document management systems
- SAP (R3/S4) experience
- Experience with LiveLink, Falcon, or similar systems
- Bachelor’s degree
