NES Fircroft are partnering with a major resources organisation to support a portfolio of capital and sustaining infrastructure projects.
Benefits
- $45–$55 + super per hour
- 12-month contract
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- One day per week WFH
- Proven experience in project-based document control, preferably within engineering or capital projects
- Proficient in document management systems such as InEight Document or Aconex
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Certificate or vocational training in Records Management, Information Management, IT, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work autonomously in a structured project environment and liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Establish and maintain the project document control system according to corporate standards
- Register, classify, distribute, and archive all engineering and project documentation
- Manage document review workflows, version control, and approval tracking
- Coordinate transmittals between Alcoa, engineering consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project governance, naming conventions, and audit requirements
