Document Controller

NES Fircroft are partnering with a leading industrial client delivering critical upgrades

Benefits
  • $45–$55 + super per hour
  • 12-month contract, 40 hours per week

About You
  • Proven experience in document control within mining, resources, or heavy industry projects
  • Strong knowledge of capital project documentation, drawings, and technical records
  • Proficient in electronic document management systems (InEight or Aconex preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, discipline, and integrity in managing sensitive documents
Job Role
  • Manage and control civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering documentation
  • Maintain accurate document registers, workflows, and revision histories to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate documentation across multiple concurrent projects and engineering disciplines
  • Support audits and assurance activities through thorough document traceability
  • Prepare document control reports for project and engineering leadership
