Position Summary The Documentation Control Associate III provides experienced-level technical support managing controlled documents and documentation systems. This role focuses on improving documentation processes, ensuring consistency across systems, and supporting quality, design, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and improve documentation procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple product or functional teams.
  • Maintain documentation systems and databases, ensuring alignment with corporate processes, quality standards, design requirements, and environmental compliance.
  • Manage, analyze, and verify documentation accuracy and consistency across all documentation and support systems.
  • Research and compile technical data for routine documents, manuals, procedures, and specifications using established formats and procedures.
  • Gather information through review of technical documentation, drawings, schematics, reports, and collaboration with technical staff.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of relevant documentation or document control experience.
  • Advanced technical and functional expertise, providing support beyond administrative-level tasks.
  • Strong working knowledge of documentation systems, tools, terminology, and procedures related to the role.
  • Ability to perform varied and moderately complex documentation and data management tasks independently.
