S&TB Drilling Ops Technical Assistant Job Description :
Provide comprehensive technical and operational support to Wells operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective execution of drilling and completions activities. Support day-to-day well operations through robust data management, documentation control, scheduling support, and accurate reporting. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and planning teams to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Ensure full compliance with Company’s safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while enabling clear, effective communication across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. The Technical Assistant is responsible for reviewing and managing the verification of field tickets, ensuring that every detail is accurate and compliant with Company's established contracts and the contractors' catalogs of services. Technical Assistant also supports the field crews scheduling and ensures business continuity on field operations.

Technical Criteria 2
Possesses strong communication, organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting defined deadlines. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Wells, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain. Requires experience with Drilling and Completions reporting software such as WellView and similar system. Electronic Well Files (EWF), and Microsoft Excel, including advanced data manipulation and reporting. Must have a thorough understanding of how well data is managed within and across multiple databases, along with proven data management experience to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Experience with SmartGeP or other invoicing/purchasing software is desirable, including supporting procurement processes, tracking commitments, and coordinating with planning and supply chain functions. Demonstrated capability in scheduling and planning support, including maintaining activity schedules, tracking key milestones, and aligning operational plans with execution timelines, is essential.
