Job Title: eDiscovery Case Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX (Downtown – Onsite)
Duration: 90 days initial + extensions (no fixed end date)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 40 hours/week (8-hour days, standard business hours)
Position Overview
Support multiple active matters, with the opportunity to grow into an eDiscovery Project Manager role. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced eDiscovery Project Managers (eDPMs), gaining hands-on exposure to established workflows while building project coordination and operational expertise.
This role is ideal for an early-career eDiscovery professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Credential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, or related field
- Working knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle (collection through production)
- Experience with review platforms (e.g., Relativity or similar)
- Experience supporting litigation matters
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Understanding of data defensibility (e.g., chain of custody, production logs
- Experience with RelativityOne and/or Nuix Discover
- Familiarity with ESI protocols and production specs
- Exposure to processing workflows
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
- Experience managing multiple matters
