role: E&I Construction Supervisor

Your tasks as a construction supervisor are as follows:
• Studying work packages and translating them into a schedule. Coordinate this planning closely
with the internal customer.
• Daily start-up and management of contractors on site.
• Drafting permits, organizing kick-off meetings and safety tours.

• Checking the correct execution of the work in terms of safety, quality
and productivity.
• Planning and following up on the necessary resources; scaffolding, cranes, fire watches,
inspection,.. .
• In case of problems, work together with the project engineer to
work out the necessary solutions.
• Follow-up of QA/QC plan; Administering punch activities, following up on walking tests,
etc.
• Coordinating and following up on legal inspections and subsequent actions.
• At the end of the project, ensure delivery, handover and As-Built.
• Providing construction input for the preparation of the project execution plan and
work preparation package.
• Arranging site access and construction traffic (determining routes in collaboration with HSSE & Operations).
• Receiving and checking materials delivered on site.
• Coordinate, schedule and follow up vendor representation for field installation and
purchase.
• Assessing, initiating and elaborating recommendations from both the internal inspection and
inspections of third parties, e.g. ATEX, NEN1010/3140.

PROFILE

• Technical bachelor or equivalent through experience.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a work planner/brigadier or construction supervisor in the
process industry, with the discipline E&I.
• Knowledge of work permit systems, and software programs such as SAP, MS Office, Project.
• To recognise dangerous situations and to strive for 1 goal on a daily basis: Safety = No. 1
• A broad technical baggage, more particularly of E&I. P&IDs, running drawings and
single-wire diagrams no longer hold any secrets. Knowledge of piping and civil drawings
are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of fiberglass technology and IT/OT systems.
• Flexible, independent, result-oriented and enterprising
• Team player with good interpersonal and social skills and hands-on mentality.
• Dynamic and stress resistant.
• The language of instruction is Dutch (and English as the 2nd language).
