Role: Ensure all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works are executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with project specifications, supporting efficient completion and handover to commissioning.

Role: Ensure all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works are executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with project specifications, supporting efficient completion and handover to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise EPCC contractors and ensure effective field execution of E&I activities
- Enforce compliance with HSSE requirements, permit-to-work system, and approved procedures
- Monitor progress, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions
- Review and validate JSA, method statements, and work schedules
- Conduct regular site safety walks and ensure continuous site supervision
- Coordinate with HSE, Quality, Engineering, and Commissioning teams
- Follow up inspections, testing, punch lists, and system handover
- Identify risks and ensure mitigation plans are implemented
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in E&I on major Oil & Gas or industrial projects
- Strong experience in construction and site supervision (EPCC environment)
- Solid knowledge of HSE standards, codes, and project specifications
- Experience in large-scale, multicultural projects
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Middle East project experience is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
