We have partnered with a leading global engineering consultancy that helps design, build, and optimise major industrial and infrastructure projects across the globe. The business operates in the mining and metals, energy, and infrastructure sectors. They are now looking for a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join the team in Brisbane.
About the Role
In this role, you will play an important part in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects across the full asset lifecycle, supporting major clients within several industries. You’ll contribute to the development of electrical engineering solutions whilst working closely with technical specialists and project leaders to support the process of translating engineering concepts into practical, high-quality outcomes.

About the Role
In this role, you will play an important part in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects across the full asset lifecycle, supporting major clients within several industries. You’ll contribute to the development of electrical engineering solutions whilst working closely with technical specialists and project leaders to support the process of translating engineering concepts into practical, high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Produce discipline-specific designs, calculations, studies, and technical documentation across concept, feasibility, and detailed design phases
- Lead and deliver detailed engineering to support procurement, supply, and construction activities
- Contribute to the preparation of capital cost estimates and project schedules
- Provide technical leadership within multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated engineering outcomes
- Take part in formal technical reviews and assurance processes
- Deliver on-site technical support during construction, commissioning, and early operations.
- Experience preparing high-quality technical deliverables, including project specifications, design reports, and engineering documentation
- Proficiency in performing electrical system studies, utilising power system modelling software such as SKM PTW, TAP, or PowerCAD
- Additional experience in field instrumentation or industrial control systems would be advantageous
- 5+ years of professional experience
- CPEng (or working towards) is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary on offer ($130,000 - $160,000 + Superannuation)
