Job Title: Electrical Engineering Specialist
Job Purpose
Provide technical support and guidance for electrical engineering activities during EPC, commissioning, and start-up phases. Ensure systems meet safety, reliability, operability, and maintainability requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Purpose
Provide technical support and guidance for electrical engineering activities during EPC, commissioning, and start-up phases. Ensure systems meet safety, reliability, operability, and maintainability requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support electrical engineering activities including design reviews, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
- Review and ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Monitor and supervise work performed by contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting system reliability, availability, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and implement best practices, surveillance programs, and improvement initiatives.
- Support high-risk commissioning activities and system optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and operational readiness.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in oil & gas or similar industrial environment.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and project execution.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of engineering tools and software.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
