Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our team on a large-scale data centre project in Helsinki. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the electrical package, from design coordination and procurement through to installation, testing, and commissioning. They will oversee subcontractors and site teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and work closely with clients and project stakeholders to deliver the package on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements
- Manage the Electrical Systems package from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Safety Advisor, including setup, management, and close-out of the safety file as part of the management team.
- Promote and maintain a strong Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) culture within your team.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and the client to manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage all costs associated with the electrical package, including:
- Electrical team
- Subcontractors
- Material deliveries and goods receipting
- Plant and equipment
- Variations and valuations
- Oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed closely.
- Supervise subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
- Maintain and manage the project snagging system, ensuring supervisors submit weekly punch lists and distributing all snags to relevant subcontractors.
