Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Engineering Administrator to support engineering documentation and technical coordination for ongoing projects. This junior‑level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, hands‑on experience with documentation tools, and a “can‑do” mindset. The position works closely with engineering coordinators and technical teams to manage drawings, documentation, and engineering tools with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engineering teams with documentation control, drawing reviews, and file management.
  • Maintain, update, and organize engineering documents, logs, and revision histories.
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and editing technical documents, reports, and manuals.
  • Work with engineering tools and software to upload, track, and manage project documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering coordinators and project teams to ensure timely document flow.
  • Perform administrative and technical support tasks as needed to keep engineering activities running smoothly.
  • Use Microsoft Office and documentation platforms to create, update, and manage files.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal documentation standards.
Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in documentation, technical administration, or engineering support.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience with documentation tools or engineering software is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
  • No industry experience required—open to candidates from various technical or administrative backgrounds.
  • Must be local to Alpharetta and able to work onsite regularly.
