Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering activities within large-scale industrial and energy projects. In this role, you will oversee technical delivery, support project execution, and ensure engineering quality across standardized project developments.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support engineering activities throughout project execution.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, technology specialists, contractors, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, QA/QC procedures, and project specifications.
  • Review technical deliverables and initiate corrective actions where required.
  • Support project planning, reporting, budgeting, and engineering progress monitoring.
  • Maintain technical integrity of assigned project concepts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advise on technical risks, engineering challenges, and project-related decisions.
Profile
  • MSc or BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience as a Project Engineer or Engineering Lead within industrial, energy, chemical, or petrochemical environments.
  • you have 3 - 5 years of experience in mechanical equipment 
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and project coordination.
  • Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, SolidWorks, Aspen Plus, MATLAB, HTRI, or similar tools.
  • Familiar with engineering standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
