We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead – Piping (Field) to oversee EPC contractor performance and ensure successful delivery of piping engineering scope across all phases of the project.
The role involves managing piping design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring full alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and lifecycle requirements.

Technical & Engineering Leadership
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8+ years in Piping Engineering
At least 1 year in supervisory/leadership role

Work Schedule & Setup
- 100% Onshore
- Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
- 6 Days/Week
- 8–10 Hours/Day
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead – Piping (Field) to oversee EPC contractor performance and ensure successful delivery of piping engineering scope across all phases of the project.
The role involves managing piping design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring full alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and lifecycle requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Technical & Engineering Leadership
- Lead and oversee Piping Field Engineering activities across EPC contractors
- Ensure piping systems comply with:
- Project specifications
- Engineering standards & codes
- Safety and operational requirements
- Manage design and execution for:
- Large-bore piping systems
- Cryogenic piping
- High-pressure steam & sour gas services
- Control valves, MOVs, PRVs, and manual valves
- Manage EPC contractor performance including:
- Resource capability (headcount, qualifications)
- Engineering deliverables and reporting
- Validate:
- Design tools and methodologies
- Execution plans and deliverables
- Drive timely procurement and contract scope execution
- Coordinate with:
- Engineering disciplines
- Operations, QA/QC, and HSE teams
- Ensure alignment across:
- Project lifecycle phases
- Design integrity and operability
- Manage piping engineering schedules and milestones
- Prepare:
- Progress reports
- Recovery plans for delays
- Change management recommendations
- Ensure full compliance with:
- Project standards and engineering specifications
- Corporate policies and procedures
- Develop and review:
- Engineering procedures and policies
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Strong experience in:
- Oil & Gas / LNG projects
- EPC project environments
- Contractor oversight
- Field experience on large LNG projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Piping design codes & standards
- Onshore LNG facilities and utilities
- Ability to review:
- Engineering drawings, specifications, and datasheets
- Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills (English)
