Estimator – Tier 1 Main Contractor – Data Centres
NES Fircroft is representing a tier 1 main contractor with a proven track record delivering data centre projects.
As Estimator, you will assist the business with tendering and securing new projects for delivery.

As Estimator, you will assist the business with tendering and securing new projects for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Measurements and markups
- Producing BOQs and cost plans using Cubit Estimating
- Reviewing scopes, drawings, and documentation for completeness
- Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing submissions
- Identifying cost risks, buildability issues, and value engineering opportunities
- Working closely with project managers and site teams
- Assisting with procurement, budgeting, and cost control
Requirements: - Tertiary Qualified in Building or Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator for a Main Contractor.
- Background in data centre construction preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
