We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Analyst to deliver high-quality end user computing support within a large, global enterprise environment. This role is focused on providing responsive and effective technical support across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless user experience.

About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support across desktop, application and infrastructure environments. You will engage with users via walk-ups, phone, chat and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive end user support across desktop, applications and infrastructure
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and EUC support queues
  • Deliver support via multiple channels including walk-ups, phone, chat and remote access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain strong user engagement and ensure consistent follow-up on requests
  • Support change and release activities in line with ITIL practices
  • Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and self-service resources
  • Participate in queue management and rostered support coverage
  • Handle escalations and collaborate with resolver groups as required
  • Provide support to remote users and travel to sites for on-site assistance when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including detailed troubleshooting notes
  • Analyse support data and dashboards to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and support processes
About You
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support, service desk, desktop or infrastructure roles
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks, including change and release management
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capability across end user environments
  • Exposure to desktop, application and EUC support in enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Initial 6-month contract with view to extend
  • Monday to Friday role
