SALARY & BENEFITS Contract Role
• $65/hr + superannuation paid on all hours
• Fortnightly pay via a modern online payroll system
• 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth
• Camp accommodation with quality site facilities
• Opportunity for contract extension or sign‑over for the right person
• Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant and Support Team throughout your contract • Invitations to NES Fircroft Contractor Events

ABOUT YOU
• Trade‑qualified Fabricator / Boilermaker with strong fixed‑plant experience
• Confident with structural welding, repairs, and interpreting technical drawings
• Safety‑focused with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work effectively during breakdowns and high‑pressure maintenance tasks
• Hold a current driver’s licence; HRWL tickets (EWP, forklift, dogging) highly regarded
THE JOB ROLE
• Join a well‑established Mechanical Maintenance team within a large‑scale mining operation
• Perform fabrication, welding, and structural repairs across key processing assets
• Support breakdowns, shutdowns, and planned maintenance activities
• Contribute to safe, reliable plant performance from day one
• Work within a collaborative team committed to high standards and Zero Harm
