Key Responsibilities Technical Engineering & Product Support
- Apply engineering principles to the design, development, validation, and lifecycle management of thermal solutions.
- Provide technical consultation to customers, resolving engineering challenges and supporting product integration.
- Lead design reviews, including drawing and specification evaluation, with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct engineering analysis to assess product performance, thermal efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Support failure analysis activities and generate detailed technical reports.
- Act as a technical interface between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their systems and applications.
- Participate in technical discussions, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Support business development initiatives through technical expertise and solution positioning.
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for sensors, controls, and cooling system components.
- Support the development of both standard and customized thermal solutions.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, product configurations, and quotations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to continuously improve solution performance and reliability.
- Support implementation and integration of air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems, including advanced cooling architectures.
- Work with a range of cooling technologies such as HVAC systems, liquid cooling solutions, and hybrid designs.
- Participate in design validation and compliance activities aligned with applicable industry standards.
- Contribute to solutions addressing high-performance computing and high-density thermal challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of thermal engineering principles, including heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and system design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability.
- Proficiency in standard business and engineering tools.
- Experience with cooling systems such as HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, or liquid cooling technologies.
- Familiarity with modern thermal management approaches, including direct-to-chip or immersion cooling.
- Understanding of industry standards and environmental regulations related to cooling systems.
- Exposure to high-performance computing or data center environments.
- Knowledge of emerging energy-efficient cooling strategies and sustainability considerations.
