Field Service Engineer 
Join a dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer, playing a pivotal role in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective electrical service solutions across project sites. In this hands-on position, you’ll lead the execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities while building strong customer relationships and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Your technical expertise and proactive problem-solving will ensure seamless project delivery, meeting both contractual obligations and customer expectations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in field service, installation, commissioning, maintenance, or repair of electrical equipment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including transformers and high-voltage equipment
  • Ability to lead and execute on-site activities effectively within agreed scope and timelines
  • Excellent documentation skills for preparing daily reports, progress updates, test reports, and other service documentation
  • Strong communication skills to maintain clear and positive interactions with customers and internal teams
  • Solid understanding and application of safety protocols, including risk assessments and safety documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to project sites across the Philippines
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience working in original equipment manufacturer (OEM) environments
  • Certifications such as BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) and COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health)
  • Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) certification
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2–5 years of relevant field service experience focused on electrical systems
Other Requirements
  • Ability to manage tools, materials, and equipment to guarantee readiness and proper use on-site
  • Flexibility and proactive approach to attending site coordination meetings and collaborating with diverse teams
  • Commitment to complying with all internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
