Location: Columbus, Ohio
Duration: 6-months+
Schedule: Typically M - F; 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (with response to emergency service calls as directed, which may occasionally occur nights, weekends, or holidays)
Overview:
This is a hands-on position that requires technical problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Duration: 6-months+

Overview:
This is a hands-on position that requires technical problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer location to perform service work
- Provide accurate and timely documentation, including monthly expense reports, daily service call reports, weekly inventory tracking, and field service reports
- Maintain detailed records of all service visits, noting technical issues and corrective actions
- Prioritize workload with manager to ensure an efficient, cost-effective preventative maintenance schedule
- Independently execute tasks as assigned
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and customer issues with effective problemsolving skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer personnel, representing the company in a professional manner
- Provide customer training on our products as needed
- Assist in other locations as required, based on business needs.
- Technical aptitude in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, PLC devices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and driven to deliver results.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
