Work Details
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office
- Standard workweek: 40 hours
- Support sales operations finance, including forecast consolidation and reporting
- Manage headcount and compensation reporting
- Develop and maintain order-entry and revenue forecasts
- Provide support for service-level agreement tracking and pricing analysis
- Partner with business teams to deliver financial insights and recommendations
- Perform cost center controlling and budgeting activities
- Assist with marketing-related financial planning and analysis
- Support operational finance processes such as purchasing, approval workflows, and invoice validation
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
- 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Proven ability to apply financial expertise across multiple business areas
- Solid problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment
- Experience improving or optimizing financial processes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
