As a Fire Site Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless design support and installation of fire alarm systems at our construction sites. Your expertise in coordinating activities of resources and external subcontractors, works and ensuring compliance with regulations to support efficient and further effective operation of our clients' buildings.
Your role in overseeing the installation process, supporting design phase, coordinating integration process with 3rd party systems and subcontractors. You will report directly to our local Project Management Leader with great cooperation with Senior Project Manager on site. In this role, you will impact the performance and functionality of Fire Alarm System, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions, optimal operation on site and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate  installation, integration, and maintenance of Fire Alarm System
  • Manage resources (subcontractors) including technicians and engineering staff
  • to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all aspects of building management system operations (including HSE and Quality regulations)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs and provide technical support.
  • Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in fire alarm system scope
YOU MUST HAVE  
  • Proven experience in coordinating electrical works on construction sites
  • Solid knowledge of Fire alarm system
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with scheduling processes, milestone delivery, and relevant IT tools (including MS Project)
  • Intermediate English proficiency, suitable for working in an international environment
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage installations on multiple buildings and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent English and Polish languages to work efficiently in international environment
  • Understanding of scheduling process, delivering milestones and IT tools (incl. MS Project and Autocad)

WE VALUE

  • Knowledge of other low voltage systems
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for building management systems
