Fixed Plant Electrician

Hit the ground running in this exciting opportunity for an experienced Fixed Plant Electrician. You’ll be supporting a major iron ore operation, working with a strong team, and contributing to the safe and reliable performance of critical plant equipment.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Contract Role
• $80–$85 per hour + super
• Fortnightly pay via a modern online payroll system
• 6–12 month contract with potential for extension or permanent sign‑over
• 2:2 roster (7 days / 7 nights)
• Access to site facilities and camp amenities
• Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant and support team throughout your contract
• Invitations to NES Fircroft contractor events
• Opportunity for additional contracts through our extensive client network
ABOUT YOU
• WA Electrical Licence with fixed plant experience (minimum 1+ year)
• Confident working independently and able to hit the ground running
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Current CPR/LVR (mandatory)
• Safety‑focused with strong communication skills
THE JOB ROLE
• Carry out electrical maintenance, inspections, and breakdown support on fixed plant equipment
• Work within a supportive maintenance team committed to safety and reliability
• Immediate priority will be stepping into a backfill role and maintaining plant uptime
• Excellent opportunity to secure long‑term work with potential for permanent employment
