In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out high‑quality rebuilds on mobile machinery components, ensuring reliability and performance across their fleet.
Key Experience Required:
- Hands‑on experience within a component rebuild workshop, ideally in mining or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems used in heavy mobile machinery.
- Proven background in overhauling heavy mobile equipment components such as final drives, pump drives, brake packs and wheel hubs.
- Familiarity with OEM rebuild requirements, tolerances and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to interpret OEM manuals, technical specifications and rebuild guidelines.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges and torque tools.
- Skilled in diagnosing faults, identifying root causes and resolving mechanical issues.
- Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings and service documentation.
- Australian recognised trade qualification
- Drivers License – Manual
- Working at Heights ticket
- Dogging, Rigging and Forklift Licenses are desirable
