Head of Public Affairs An international renewable energy company developing large-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects in Poland is looking for a Head of Public Affairs to lead its government relations, regulatory affairs, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's public affairs and advocacy strategy in Poland.
• Build and maintain relationships with government institutions, regulators, local authorities, and industry associations.
• Monitor and influence legislative and regulatory developments impacting the renewable energy sector.
• Represent the company in consultations, industry forums, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
• Advise senior management on regulatory risks, opportunities, and market developments.
• Support community engagement and reputation management initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, or similar roles.
• Strong network and experience working with Polish public administration and regulatory bodies.
• Good understanding of the energy sector, particularly renewable energy regulations and permitting processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate strategically and independently within an international environment.
• Fluent Polish and English (C1+).
