Head of Public Affairs An international renewable energy company developing large-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects in Poland is looking for a Head of Public Affairs to lead its government relations, regulatory affairs, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's public affairs and advocacy strategy in Poland.
- Build and maintain relationships with government institutions, regulators, local authorities, and industry associations.
- Monitor and influence legislative and regulatory developments impacting the renewable energy sector.
- Represent the company in consultations, industry forums, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
- Advise senior management on regulatory risks, opportunities, and market developments.
- Support community engagement and reputation management initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, or similar roles.
- Strong network and experience working with Polish public administration and regulatory bodies.
- Good understanding of the energy sector, particularly renewable energy regulations and permitting processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate strategically and independently within an international environment.
- Fluent Polish and English (C1+).
