HR Business Partner
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: 12-Months
Rate: $45 per hour

Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support a dynamic and fast-paced business unit. This role will report to the North America HR Partner Manager and will play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support to frontline and mid-level leadership.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and business partnership, with the ability to influence leaders and drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Case Management
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, absences, and terminations
  • Conduct investigations as required and ensure timely, fair, and compliant resolution
Manager Coaching & Training
  • Support the development and delivery of manager training programs on employee relations and people practices
  • Coach frontline and mid-level managers on HR-related issues, fostering effective people management capabilities
HR Policy & Compliance
  • Interpret and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain visibility and adherence to workplace safety standards and compliance requirements during site visits
HR Business Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to deliver operational HR support across the employee lifecycle
  • Support initiatives such as promotions, onboarding, separations, and workforce transitions
Total Rewards & Compensation Support
  • Assist with job offers, salary adjustments, promotions, and retention strategies
  • Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations aligned with organizational policies
Workforce Planning & Execution
  • Support workforce planning initiatives including hiring, restructuring, internal mobility, and capability development
  • Execute HR processes that ensure effective workforce management
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive engagement, inclusion, and cultural initiatives
  • Support performance management processes including coaching, feedback, and disciplinary procedures
Risk Management & Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring HR practices protect the organization’s interests
  • Provide guidance on best practices and risk mitigation in all HR activities

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations and labor relations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR cases and advise leadership
