HR Consultant/Recruiter and Talent Acquision   
 
Contract period: 09.04.2026 - 30.09.2026
Location: Bergen

Main tasks:
  • Support line managers in recruitment processes for technical, engineering, and project-based roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define competence requirements and selection criteria
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, structured interviews, and candidate evaluations
  • Manage communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assist HR Business Partners across Norway locations with recruitment administration
  • Support the HR Service Center with administrative tasks, case handling, documentation, and data updates
  • Contribute to HR processes, routines, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in HR work-flows

Qualifications:
  • Higher relevant education, Bachelor or Master – preferably within HR/Management/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Relevant HR administrative experience may compensate for education requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within engineering, oil & gas, energy, or project-based industries
  • Experience from HR operations or administrative HR roles will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • Strong digital competence and experience with HR/recruitment systems
  • Understanding of competency-based recruitment methods and sourcing techniques
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to switch between specialist tasks and administrative HR work
  • Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Professional and service-oriented with high attention to detail and quality
  • Able to handle a high workload and shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations regarding handling of personal information
