Reports to: HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Lead
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

Purpose: The HR Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources operations with a primary focus on HR administrative functions and corporate recruiting sourcing. This role ensures efficient HR processes, maintains accurate employee records, and proactively identifies and engages talent pipelines to support organizational hiring needs.

Purpose: The HR Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources operations with a primary focus on HR administrative functions and corporate recruiting sourcing. This role ensures efficient HR processes, maintains accurate employee records, and proactively identifies and engages talent pipelines to support organizational hiring needs.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Maintain and update HRIS systems with employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and orientation scheduling
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools to build talent pipelines
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess qualifications and interest
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Lead to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including audits and process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in HR administration and recruiting coordination and sourcing
- Experience recruiting/sourcing for corporate level roles in the O&G, Petrochemical & Energy industries required
- Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter required
- Experience recruiting/sourcing for an industrial construction EPC company (preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bob, Workday, ADP, Lever) required
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, AI tools)
- Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices preferred
