HR Generalist (12-Month Contract)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Thailand HQ in Bangkok to support HR operations for ongoing renewable energy projects, including wind farm construction projects across Thailand.
This role will be based in Bangkok and will work closely with both site and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR generalist support for HQ and project-based employees
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for site and office positions
• Support contract management, employee records, and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and HR administration
• Handle employee relations matters and support managers on basic HR issues
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor law, company policies, and procedures
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as required

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
• Strong understanding of Thai labor law and HR practices
• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken), Chinese is a plus
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, energy, or project-based environments is an advantage
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office and HR administrative systems
