Role Overview
The HR Generalist (OD&L) supports organizational transformation by enhancing capability, leadership effectiveness, and workforce readiness across a business unit. The role partners with HR and business leaders to deliver OD&L strategies aligned with business goals and company values.

Key Responsibilities Organizational Development
- Support organization design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
- Improve organizational effectiveness and performance across complex, global teams
- Identify capability gaps and support targeted learning solutions
- Deliver leadership development and global learning programs
- Promote a continuous learning culture
- Partner with business leaders and HR to address organizational challenges
- Provide guidance on talent development, team effectiveness, and change
- Lead OD&L projects (e.g., transformation, leadership programs, culture change)
- Apply structured project and change management practices
- Track outcomes and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with policies, ethics, and HSSE standards
- Support inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement initiatives
- Supports 2,500+ employees across multiple regions
- Operates in complex, fast-changing environments
- Strong experience in HR, OD, Learning, or Talent in global organizations
- Expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and change management
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills
- Data-driven and results-oriented
- Curious, accountable, and adaptable
- Committed to inclusion, ethics, and collaboration
- Reports to: OD&L Manager / VP
- Works with: Business leaders, HRBPs, and global HR teams
