The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for managing core human resources functions and administrative operations, ensuring compliance, organizational effectiveness, and a positive employee experience. This role works closely with management and department heads to support workforce planning, performance management, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for entry‑ to mid‑level positions, including job scoping, interviews, and selection.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, probation monitoring, and offboarding processes in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including market benchmarking and salary review processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, addressing HR inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage employment termination procedures.
Policy, Compliance & Processes

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor law and internal standards.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors on employment matters when required.
Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Administration & Coordination

  • Support general administrative functions related to HR operations.
  • Coordinate internal communications and HR-related meetings.
  • Handle visa processing, travel coordination, and logistics for employees and visiting staff.
  • Liaise with regional or group stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee relations.
  • Fluent Vietnamese and advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with a structured and hands-on approach.
Reporting Line
  • Reports directly to Senior Management / Managing Director
