  • Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English.

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience in renewable energy projects, particularly wind power.
  • Familiarity with international HSE standards such as ISO 45001 or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working on large-scale construction or installation projects.
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HSE advisory or supervisory roles, ideally within the energy or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing local regulatory requirements in Turkey.

Other Requirements
  • Based in or willing to relocate to southern Turkey for the duration of the contract.
  • Willingness to work in a project-based environment with potential travel within the region.
  • Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
