Project HSE Advisor – RotterdamWe are currently recruiting a Project HSE Advisor for an international company operating within the energy and infrastructure sector.
In this role, you will support the delivery of large-scale technical projects by ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify risks, promote safe working practices, and contribute to a strong safety culture.

You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify risks, promote safe working practices, and contribute to a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE standards across projects
- Conduct and review risk assessments and safety-related documentation
- Monitor HSE performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Deliver safety inductions, training sessions, and awareness initiatives
- Support incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation, and contractual requirements
- Collaborate with contractors and project stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment
- Contribute to reporting, audits, and continuous improvement activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience in an HSE-related role within a project-driven environment
- Knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Experience within energy, offshore, industrial, construction, or EPC projects is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work in the country
