HSE Officer (Wind Construction Project)

Location: Prachuap Khiri Khan & Chumphon
Contract: 8 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and Thai regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments for construction activities, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor and contractor compliance with HSE requirements, including permit-to-work systems, JSAs, and risk assessments.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, permits, method statements, and safety records.
• Support emergency response preparedness, drills, audits, and client/authority inspections.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure effective HSE communication and compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
• Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution prevention, and adherence to Project Code of Practice (COP).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid Technical Safety Officer Certificate is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, power, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Thai HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and permit-to-work systems.
• Experience managing high-risk construction activities such as work at height, lifting operations, excavation, and heavy equipment operations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with project teams, contractors, and clients.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Proactive, safety-focused, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic construction environment.

Preferred: Experience in renewable energy, wind farm, solar, substation, or transmission line construction projects.
