Industrial Laboratory Technician
We are seeking an Industrial Laboratory Technician to join a well-established industrial manufacturing business based in South Auckland. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on technical role where you’ll be responsible for supporting production quality through testing, analysis and technical problem-solving.

About the role
- Customer communication
- Carry out routine sampling, testing and analysis.
- Record and interpret results accurately.
- Assist with investigating and resolving technical or quality-related issues.
- Maintain testing equipment and manage laboratory inventory.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in science, chemistry or industrial processes.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, laboratory or technical environment is advantageous.
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on quality and safety.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and Ministry of Justice check.
