Contexte Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, notre client recherche un Ingénieur Procédés orienté production et terrain.
Missions Optimisation des procédés
- Superviser et optimiser les opérations unitaires (transferts de matière et d’énergie)
- Concevoir et analyser les réseaux de fluides (pertes de charge, pompes, vannes, tuyauteries)
- Suivre et ajuster les procédés de distillation, purification et séparation afin de garantir la qualité produit
- Développer et mettre à jour les P&ID et PFD
- Rédiger les procédures opérationnelles (SOP)
- Rédiger des analyses fonctionnelles pour les systèmes automatisés
- Participer à la définition des logiques d’automatisation (PID, GRAFCET, interlocks)
- Présence terrain quotidienne
- Diagnostic des pannes et dérives procédés
- Support technique aux équipes production et maintenance
- Bac+5 en génie des procédés, génie chimique ou équivalent
- Bilans matière et énergie
- Thermodynamique, mécanique des fluides
- Distillation, séparation, purification
- Lecture et modification P&ID
- Bases en automatisme (PID, GRAFCET)
- Industrie de procédés (chimie, pétrochimie, pharma, énergie)
- Environnement production / terrain
- Participation à commissioning et analyses de risques
- Rigueur
- Esprit analytique
