Location: Ras Laffan / Doha HQ, Qatar (Onshore)
Contract: Initial 2 Years (Extendable)
Work Schedule: 8–10 Hours/Day, Sunday to Thursday
Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF (Single Status)
Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Instrument Planner to provide maintenance planning services to the Asset Maintenance Team, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and flawless maintenance execution to improve reliability and availability of onshore operating facilities.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Minimum 7 years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
✔ Minimum 3 years in a dedicated Planning and/or Scheduling role.
✔ Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP PM.
✔ Experience in maintenance work management, preventive maintenance, and resource planning.
✔ Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
✔ Good computer literacy and understanding of maintenance best practices.

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Instrument Planner to provide maintenance planning services to the Asset Maintenance Team, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and flawless maintenance execution to improve reliability and availability of onshore operating facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed scopes of work for maintenance activities.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, contracts, and logistics requirements.
- Review maintenance notifications and work orders for accurate planning and scheduling.
- Support TFUC and LACD compliance while identifying duplicate work orders.
- Ensure all maintenance costs are captured before management approval.
- Raise MDG requests for SAP BOM corrections and updates.
- Process Material Return to Stock (MRS) for surplus materials.
- Facilitate monthly PM reviews and prepare preventive maintenance plans.
- Maintain and update SAP PM task lists for routine and repetitive maintenance activities.
- Support Work Order close-out activities and Technical Completion (TECO) processes.
