Inventory Management Analyst
 
Contract period: asap - 31.12.2026
Location: Stavanger

Main tasks:
  • Inventory:
  • Support inventory management activities for storage facilities, ensuring accurate stock records, material availability, and compliance with company procedures. 
  • Participate in stock counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations, collaborating with Finance to ensure alignment. 
  • Support the creation and maintenance of material master data, MRP settings, and inventory transactions in SAP to ensure data accuracy and effective material planning. 
  • Identify surplus, obsolete, and non-moving materials and support disposition activities, including sale, transfer, or scrapping, in accordance with approved processes. 
  • Coordinate and support the movement of materials and equipment between onshore locations, working closely with Logistics, Procurement, the Supply Base, and offshore teams. 
  • Contribute to inventory performance monitoring and the continuous improvement of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes.
  • General:
  • Provide support to the Supply Chain and P&R team as required and contribute to cross-functional initiatives and operational activities.


Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or working experience.
  • Experienced SAP user
  • Oil and gas related technical knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and oral command of the English and Norwegian language.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact and develop good working relationships across the organization.  
  • Systematically analyse & approach issues, with the ability to prioritize and solve problems to deliver results in a timely and accurate manner.
