Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Software Engineer to design, develop, and support moderately complex applications and IT infrastructure. This role requires the ability to work independently, provide technical expertise across multiple systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within IT environments.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can act as a subject matter expert within projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Work independently to plan, prioritize, and deliver technical solutions
- Design, develop, and support moderately complex software applications and IT infrastructure
- Provide functional and technical guidance to experienced colleagues
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple IT systems and domains
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend optimal use of applications and infrastructure
- Contribute to project delivery through technical expertise and solution design
- Ensure solutions align with established standards, best practices, and business requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT software engineering or a related technical role
- Strong understanding of application design, development, and support
- Experience working across multiple systems or technical domains
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
