Junior Finance Controller - Taipei

Purpose of the Position We are looking for a high-caliber Finance professional to join our Taiwan Project team. The role focuses on the end-to-end financial controlling of large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of project financials, managing the monthly closing cycle in collaboration with our overseas Shared Service Center (SSC), and providing critical data-driven insights to the Project Controller to ensure projects are delivered on budget and with healthy cash flows.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage monthly closing and coordinate with the overseas Shared Service Center (SSC).
• Handle accrual preparation and cash flow reconciliation.
• Oversee the financial lifecycle of construction projects.
• Prepare management reports to track business performance.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Cost Control: Manage staffing costs and general project expenditures.
• Forecasting: Prepare EAC (Estimate at Completion) and monthly cost/cash flow allocations.
• Billing: Execute billing procedures and ensure timely invoicing.

Key requirements for the position:

• 3+ years in Finance Controlling. Big 4 CPA background is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction/project finance models.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
• Advanced Excel user with strong logical and analytical skills.
