This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong view to permanency.

We are currently seeking a Junior Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing and logistics activities across a busy operational environment. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement processes run efficiently while supporting key business outcomes across cost, quality, and supplier performance.

You will be responsible for coordinating procurement and logistics activities, supporting sourcing strategies, and ensuring alignment with internal processes and business objectives. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to supply chain operations and continuous improvement initiatives, providing an excellent foundation for a long-term career in procurement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute purchasing and logistics activities to support business operations
  • Support sourcing strategies to optimise cost, quality, and supplier reliability
  • Assist in implementing local procurement strategies aligned with business goals
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery, and quality metrics (KPIs)
  • Resolve procurement-related issues across cost, quality, and delivery
  • Maintain accurate reporting and track procurement activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

About You
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain coordination
  • Prior exposure to environments such as supply chain, parts/inventory, warehousing, logistics, or quality assurance will be highly regarded, particularly where you’ve supported operational teams or worked with materials, stock control, or supplier coordination
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Exposure to ERP systems and procurement processes is advantageous
