The Role
Based in Brisbane with occasional site travel, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-value asset integrity solutions, including inspection, assessment, maintenance and life-extension of complex infrastructure. This is a role where you’ll shape both technical outcomes and team capability.

The Role

You’ll be trusted to:
- Lead technically complex projects across ports, marine structures, bridges, water assets and bulk materials handling facilities
- Provide expert guidance in structural engineering and/or materials science
- Drive innovation and smarter delivery, including automation and improved workflows
- Own client relationships and contribute to winning new work
- Manage project delivery with strong commercial outcomes
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers and specialists
- Work on diverse, high-impact infrastructure projects
- Be part of a technically strong and collaborative team
- Genuine leadership and influence in how projects are delivered
- Strong pipeline of work with long-term growth potential
- Flexibility and support to shape your career direction
- Chartered Engineer and RPEQ with 10+ years’ experience, bringing a strong background in asset integrity, structural engineering and/or materials science.
- Proven experience leading projects and technical teams
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and exposure to proposal development
- A passion for mentoring and developing others
